At Blood Manor in Chelsea, actors and special effects can make for a bloody good time. The City Critic took a tour of the kitchen with Jim Faro, one of the creators, left.At Blood Manor in Chelsea, you know the actors and special effects, however gross, are contrived. But the people suspended on fish hooks on the sidewalk aren’t faking.
